September 1 & 2, 2018
Executive Chef Tom Terrell
Jeremy Siskind’s Housewarming Project is a jazz trio that moves with the soul of the singer-songwriter movement and the grace of a chamber ensemble. Driven by his passion for music and literature, and inspired by great poets and writers, award-winning pianist and composer Jeremy Siskind’s musical compositions are explorations of the fabric of humanity. The group has produced two seminal jazz albums (Finger-Songwriter and Housewarming) that are the shape of a new idiom in small chamber jazz performance.
Vocalist Nancy Harms ushers a listener into the world of a piece with her innate story-telling abilities; Lucas Pino colors the music with whispering tenor work, mournful clarinet, and murmuring bass clarinet; and Siskind sonically rounds out the music with sparkling, Debussian harmony.

Sensus + Sheriffs of Schroedingham present
Jailhouse Jamboree!, July 2017
Presenting a 6-course menu and concert inspired by good ol’ fashioned-inspired backyard cookouts.
We’re teaming up with the blues harmonica/guitar duo Sheriffs of Schroedingham. This LA-based humdinger of a band brings music firmly rooted in traditional blues music. Learn more about them HERE.
We’re featuring deliciously crafted barbecued and house-cured meats on this menu. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate vegetarians at this dinner. Please stay tuned for future events catered to these dietary restrictions.
Alcohol pairings are available to enhance the experience at an extra cost.
Sensus + Sam Gendel present
Acorda, April 2017
Sam Gendel and his Brazilian Jazz/Trance Folk trio from Los Angeles perform sensitive interpretations of South American folkloric melodies, as well as deeply profound music of their own. These are true artists delivering purity and joy from their craft. Music can be enjoyed here.
We will be matching Sam's program with a six-course dinner, with optional four-course wine pairing. The early spring menu is inspired by various cultural influences reflected in the music, and will be a mix of selective fine dining and rustic comfort styles.
Taràxim (2016) was our second Sensus project and featured six original works by six composers paired with six food courses. The menu and music were inspired by the experience of growing up in the culturally and geographically diverse region of southern California, including backyard barbecues, fishing trips, and taco trucks.
