Established in 2008
Our team of cooks and musicians create sensory performance projects by combining foodservice and live music, curating and composing multi-course tasting menus and original music. The two art forms correlate to one another and are presented simultaneously.
Performances are held during the summer months in our backyard garden in Long Beach, CA.
The aim of the project is to elevate both the concert and dinner experience by engaging the audience's senses and providing a link between taste, visual, and aural aesthetics.
